Butcher/Production Associate: Production Team Member

Your Responsibilities:
– Cut and prepare meat according to our standards using meat processing equipment.
– Uphold cleanliness in the kitchen and production areas, ensuring a systematic workflow.
– Operate freeze dryers and other specialized machinery safely and efficiently.
– Package finished products, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards.
– Accurately process customer orders from picking to preparation.
– Oversee shipping tasks, including inventory management and accurate labeling.
– Adhere to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
– Work cohesively with team members to meet and exceed production targets.
What You Bring:
– High School Diploma or equivalent.

Whats In The Bowl Enterprises operates a food production facility in Wales, Wisconsin, produces several pet food brands and operates three retail stores. Candidates must be well organized, reliable and punctual. Most importantly, the ability to demonstrate critical thinking and most of all be eager to apply academic knowledge to real life business situations. Intermediate skill with MS-Office is required. Must be able to commute to Brookfield, New Berlin, Waukesha, and Wales, Wisconsin. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

Warehouse, Order Fulfillment, Transport Associate
If you are looking for a position with variety, this could be it. We are looking for a full-time associate and the ability to work independently.
Duties include fulfilling ecommerce orders from Shopify and other platforms. Fulfillment includes checking for ecommerce orders several times a day, picking the orders, packaging, and shipping.
Position will also require driving van between locations, Wales, Waukesha, Brookfield, and New Berlin, Wisconsin.
Position requires daily stocking of shelves in warehouses.
The position would also run bakery pans through a large commercial dishwasher several times per week and help sanitize machines and food production facilities.
There will also be other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be at least 25-Years Old. (Must Be Eligible to Drive Rental Vehicles). Younger candidates with CDL will be considered.
High School Graduate/Equivalent
Wisconsin Drivers License with good driving record.
Ability to fulfill online orders.
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
Warehouse experience desirable.
Forklift experience desirable.
Demonstrated ability and history to work independently.
Demonstrated problem solving abilities.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher and Food Facility Cleaner. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean and organized food production facility, with a primary focus on washing sheet pans and ensuring a hygienic environment.
Job Description:
Enry Level Position. As a Dishwasher and Food Facility Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of our food manufacturing facility, with an emphasis on washing sheet pans, cleaning food processing equipment and maintaining a well-organized work environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness will contribute to the success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
– Wash, sanitize, and maintain a large quantity of sheet pans, other kitchen utensils and cleaning food processing equipment, like dicers, ban saws and grinders.
– Remove food residue from sheet pans and equipment to ensure cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination
– Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and follow proper cleaning procedures
– Clean and sanitize food production surfaces, including countertops, workstations, and production equipment
– Empty trash containers and dispose of waste according to established procedures
– Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
– Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
– Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and support overall facility cleanliness
– Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a high level of food safety and quality
– Assist with general kitchen duties as needed, including sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks
Requirements:
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
